Introduction
The Prime Minister has approved the Project "Full scholarship program for young scientists and outstanding students to study at the world's leading universities in strategic technologies" under Decision No. 1600/QD-TTg. The project aims to build a high-quality workforce to directly serve national science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation goals.
Target Participants
- High school students or college freshmen who have won awards in provincial, national, or international academic and science-technology competitions.
- Freshmen in military and police academy institutions with academic results rated as good or higher.
- Bachelor's and master's degree holders currently working in state agencies, enterprises, and educational institutions with excellent academic results or a GPA of 8.0 or higher.
- Researchers with the capacity for international publications or holding patents relevant to the field of strategic technology.
